Nitty Gritty Details and Forms

How the MiNiFLiCK FLiNG was FLuNG!

SOBO's was packed out for the MiNiFLiCK FLiNG on Tuesday and by all accounts, was super-fun and a great night showcasing local talent! The evening began with live music by Tofino's own Smalltown Empire (woohoo!!) and was followed by 11 short films--4 official contest entries and 7 unofficial entries (films made by Raincoast Education Society staff, board members and friends who were ineligible for prizes). After viewing the 4 official entries, the audience voted for the film they wanted to win the People's Choice Award. After all the films were shown, the prizes were announced and everyone went home a winner! I would like to congratulate everyone who participated in this very challenging and time-consuming contest.
